    Setting Up Event in WBN Database
    Setting up the event in the WBN database ensures 2 things:
    a. Attendee’s information is captured for future follow-up (email address, business category, chapter of interest, etc.)
    b. If the event is virtual, the meeting link will be emailed to attendee with their registration confirmation

    Promotion
    Please attach your event graphic (if you have one) as a jpg or png (we cannot use pdf). It must be the graphic only, do not include event details or other verbiage since the text will be small and blurry in social media posts, WBN emails, etc.


    WBN will promote your event via the following channels, unless you tell us otherwise:
    • WBN Public Website
    • Women’s Weekly email
    • WBN public Facebook page
    • WBN member-only Facebook page

    The sooner you send us your event information, the more promotion your event will receive!
