For Nicole Chabola of the WBN Murrysville Chapter, business is about much more than beauty—it’s about relationships, encouragement, and helping women feel confident in who they are.
Nicole is the owner of Crowned with Confidence Beauty and has been in the beauty industry for more than eight years as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. Through skincare and makeup classes, she helps women learn how to care for their skin, discover colors that complement them, and feel more confident at every age.
But for Nicole, the products are only part of the story.
“Our mission as a company is to enrich the lives of women. Our product is the avenue, but we are truly in the relationship-building business—planting seeds of hope, love, and encouragement along the way.”
Finding Community Through WBN
Nicole joined Women’s Business Network looking for community and connections with other positive women in business.
During her time with WBN, she has found something especially meaningful: encouragement and support from the women within the organization.
Those relationships complement the work Nicole does every day—empowering women and helping them step into what she calls their “level 10 confidence.”
Whether she is teaching a skincare class, helping someone discover a new makeup look, or simply offering encouragement, Nicole wants women to recognize the confidence they already have within themselves.
