Professionally, Serena brings more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources and has spent the last 3 years with Harvis, Inc. Her primary focus is recruiting and talent acquisition, where she enjoys helping clients identify the missing “puzzle piece” that completes their employee team. In addition to recruiting, she also supports clients with HR compliance, job descriptions, handbooks, and policy manuals.
Outside of work, Serena enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and a good glass of wine.
