A Journey to Self Renewal Mom’s Group

A Journey for Self Renewal

Hosted by Small Things Often

The hustle of motherhood often leaves you disconnected from your self and your own needs. This monthly class will offer mother’s a time and place to stay connected to their true selves and allow space for their own self care. The group will also provide a space for connection with other moms and allow for development of an additional support system.
The class is great for anyone despite where they may be in their journey through motherhood. (No prior yoga experience is required) We will have a monthly topic that we will explore through various means including but not limited to: journaling, meditation, pranayama (breath work), asana (physical practice), and council (sharing circle). Participants will then have the opportunity to take the monthly topic into their daily routine to create new habits to stay connected to self. The leaders will maintain flexibility in our monthly topic based off the groups need.

The class will meet throughout the year on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10:30am-12pm in the Lower Level of Mommy Gear in Ligonier, PA.

Cost for the class is $25 per person (cash only if you choose to pay day of class)

Pre registration is recommended (space is limited) and can be done through messaging either instructor or pre payment through link provided.

Scholarship is available.

We will accept drop ins each month pending our group size. Please reach out if you have any further questions.
