The WBN Woman of the Year demonstrates growth and development of her business or profession. She actively contributes to the success of other women in business through hiring, partnerships, subcontracting, etc
Service Award
The annual WBN Service Award is given to a member who exhibits service to, and participation in, WBN at multiple levels.

Rising Star Award
This award is specifically geared toward the next generation of leaders! It is designed to shine a light on members under 40 years old who show great promise, proactively participate in WBN leadership opportunities, and promote WBN membership.
Jean Walsh Scholarship
This annual $500 scholarship is awarded to an individual demonstrating how the money would be used for continuing education to grow her business.

Service Project
Each year, WBN chooses a deserving organization for its annual service project. Chapters may submit an application on behalf of an organization they feel would benefit from some type of active participation from our WBN members.
