Member Spotlight: Jocelyn Cilik

Jocelyn has been a dedicated member of WBN for an impressive 15 years. As a member of the Criders Corners Chapter, Jocelyn joined WBN seeking a strong support system and a way to engage with and uplift other women in business—and she found exactly that and more.

What Jocelyn values most about her membership is the opportunity to connect with a diverse group of women and businesses, not only through monthly chapter meetings but also through the larger WBN network and events. Over the years, WBN has become a foundational part of her professional life, offering encouragement, collaboration, and the chance to both give and receive support.

In her work with HouseMaster, Jocelyn is passionate about educating home buyers and owners so they truly understand the homes they are buying, selling, or living in. Her purpose is rooted in helping others feel informed and confident in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Personally, she is committed to leading a Christian-centered life while achieving success in both her career and home life.

Jocelyn’s advice to fellow WBN members is heartfelt and encouraging: “Put yourself out there, take a chance, and get involved. You will get so much back in return.”
