Workshop to prepare your organization for your retirement/departure, if you are an Executive Director, or the departure of key staff. Learn how to develop a plan to survive and thrive during leadership transitions. Objectives are to learn the 3 types of succession plans, roles, responsibilities and timelines; practice developing key plan elements and discuss barriers to planning and remedies. What is your legacy?

Fee is $160 with a reduced fee of $80 for the second attendee per your organization.
