Gremlins in the Woods: Identify and Work with your Inner Critics

Host:  Amy Camp – Cycle Forward (Pittsburgh City East)

April 18 – 6:30-8:30 p.m.

About: Sure, gremlins can be scary, but the worst ones are the inner critics in our own heads and of our own creation. You might hear them telling you “You’ll never land that job. You’re not qualified,” or “Don’t get your hopes up. It’s never going to happen.”

In this workshop, we’ll explore what our own personal gremlins might be and how to keep them from holding us back. The “gremlin” theme is inspired by Rick Carson’s classic, Taming Your Gremlin. This two-hour workshop will include refreshments and an optional full moon hike following the program. Location TBD (Fall 2018 workshop was held at Frick Environmental Center).

Cost: $30
