Rose Marie Morozowich (Norwin Chapter)
Rose Marie Morozowich, of Irwin, Pennsylvania, is the recipient of the Women’s Business Network Inc. (WBN) 2018 Service Award. This honor is awarded annually to one member who has distinguished herself by meritorious service in the furthering of WBN, its mission and goals.
For the last eleven years, Ms. Morozowich has been an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the company’s tools and meal preparation through cooking and catalog shows, fund raising and wedding showers. She helps consumers discover smart strategies on how to reclaim their mealtime as family time, and empowers them to gain more control over their monthly income. In her previous career, she worked in the credit industry before transitioning into a stay-at-home parent.
Rose Marie has been an active member of WBN for nine years. She is currently a member of the Norwin Chapter, and a previous member of the Murrysville Chapter, where she has served both in a variety of leadership roles. She also serves on the board of directors as Vice-President and on several WBN committees to give back to the organization. In addition she enjoys participating in her chapter’s charitable fundraising and WBN’s Service Projects.
Not content being idle, she has enjoyed volunteering in the Girl Scouts of Southwestern PA, her children’s school, her church and monthly at her local food pantry. She also recently became a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer for children suffering from abuse and neglect. In her spare time Rose Marie enjoys reading, crosswords, cooking, travel, and spending time with her son, two daughters and husband, Don, of twenty-five years.
Women’s Business Network was founded in 1989 and has over 360 members in 23 chapters located across Southwestern Pennsylvania. WBN’s mission is to provide personal and professional resources to advance the presence of aspiring and successful businesswomen. For more information visit www.wbninc.com
