Statistics show that women who have a mentor are more successful in the workplace and rise to positions of power more quickly and with fewer roadblocks than women who do not have a mentor. Join us via Zoom to discuss more about the benefits of both mentorship, how to find one, and how to be one. Michelle has worked in fashion design before transitioning to the world of academia.
