Position Title: Office Manager – Full Time 

Start Date: ASAP

Duties: HLC Bookkeeping is conducting a job search on behalf of one of our clients. The overall purpose of this position is to provide administrative, clerical & QuickBooks financial systems support for a dynamic and growing construction business. This job will start ASAP. Successful applicant will be confident, organized, energetic and able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with construction and AIA contract documents preferred.

Experienced Required: QuickBooks experience required. Must be self-motivated, responsible and have own transportation. Must be familiar with office products such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Wage of Salary: $32,000-$36,000/year 

Approximately Work hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
