Gina Agostino, co-owner of Complete Chiropractic Health in Cranberry Township was the recipient of the Women’s Business Network’s (WBN) 2009 Service Award. This honor is awarded to one member annually to recognize the woman who has best demonstrated tireless service in her profession, the community and to WBN.

Since the age of 12, Dr. Gina has known she wanted to be a chiropractor after the relief she received from headaches, neck pain and chronic illness from her family chiropractor. She graduated from Penn State University in 2002 with a degree in Nutritional Science and then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. While studying at Palmer College she went on a clinic abroad for several weeks to Hyderabad, India where she offered chiropractic care to the local people.

Shortly after receiving her degree in 2006 she opened her chiropractic practice, jointly with her husband Anthony Manes.

Dr. Gina is a member of the WBN Cranberry Chapter, the Cranberry Area Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and member of Integrity Management. She is very active in her community by educating the public with free wellness talks and spinal screenings. Three times a year her office raises donations for various local charities such as: Glade Run, Yellow Ribbon Girls, Gleaner’s Food Bank and the Miracle League.

This year’s Service Award was presented at the WBN Annual Dinner held on May 7th at The Willow Room in Belle Vernon. Women’s Business Network has approximately 400 members from the Southwestern Pennsylvania area and is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build an effective organization of women business owners and professionals committed to integrity of performance and service, as well as, the creative exchange of business.
